Program DescriptionAre you prepared for changes in surgical practice? This symposium, critically important to surgeons of all specialties, will focus on changing patterns in surgical practice covering; innovations in surgical training and continuing education (simulation training and COACH); how models of care have changed the patient care environment; new models for employment and reimbursement; patient education and marketing in the information age (including the use of social media). This promises to be a stimulating symposium with opportunities for questions and discussion. The John Jones Surgical Society's annual business meeting will follow the symposium, and the day will end with a reception and dinner at the New York Athletic Club for JJSS alumni & invited guests.
