Mary Jane Farr, MD, MSc, FACC is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Farr received her Doctorate in Medicine from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Master's in Science at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.

Dr. Farr completed her internal medicine internship and residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Farr went on to complete an ACGME cardiovascular diseases fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College. She completed advanced heart failure and transplantation fellowship training at Columbia University Medical Center, Montefiore Medical Center and The Brigham and Women's Hospital./p>

In 2012 Dr. Farr was honored as a Heart Failure and Transplant Scholar, with the Shorin-Silverstein Grant from Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Farr is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography and Heart Failure and Transplantation.
