Nurse Practitioner, Outpatient Colorectal Surgery

Jeanne de Korte is a board certified Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Colorectal Surgery. Jeanne works closely with Dr. Pokala Ravi Kiran, Dr. Daniel Feingold, Dr. Steven Lee-Kong, and Dr. Mark Kiely in the Division of Colorectal Surgery to optimize pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. She sees patients in collaboration with the Colorectal Attending Surgeons in the outpatient setting from their initial consult examination through their entire post-operative period. She helps educate patients and their families on the various common colorectal disorders and helps support them throughout their care with the Division of Colorectal Surgery. Jeanne graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, worked for several years as a nurse taking care of surgical patients. She has expertise in the evaluation and management of Pelvic Floor Disorders through specialized procedures such as Anorectal Manometry, Biofeedback, and Pelvic Floor Therapy through the Division of Colorectal Surgery's Pelvic Floor Program.
