We’re able to provide our patients with a seamless blend of surgical and medical care, as well as a variety of other high-level services. For our international patients, these can include help with scheduling, interpreting, coordinating care with your personal physician, as well as travel logistics and financial counseling.

Getting Started

Starting your journey with us is easy. All you have to do is contact the Global Services office at our partner hospital, NewYork-Presbyterian, and tell them about your needs. You can either call them or reach out via email.

Once you’ve reached out, a patient coordinator will help you schedule and plan every aspect of your visit. They’ll work with you to create an itinerary, schedule tests and visits with physicians, arrange accommodations, coordinate details with your referring physician, and much more.

Your Stay

We know that traveling for your health can be stressful, so we’ve worked to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. This is part of our commitment to ensuring you get the best care in the world.

During your stay, you’ll get:

  • Option of semi-private, private, or luxury rooms with full amenities and beautiful river views
  • Guest accommodations for your family members or loved ones
  • Personalized meals from our hospital chef
  • Interpretation services to ensure everyone’s always on the same page

Paying for Care

The payment process is the last thing we want you to worry about, so we’ll work with you and anyone else involved in your care to make this as smooth and easy as possible. For instance, we can coordinate all billing and payment information with a variety of third parties, including embassies, government agencies, and international insurance companies. 

You can also pay us directly, using any of these types of payments:

  • Wire transfers
  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • Traveler’s checks
  • Certified checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts
  • Money orders
  • U.S. dollars
