About Robotic Cardiac Surgery

Robotic cardiac surgery features a surgical robot that is fully controlled by an experienced cardiac surgeon. Equipped with small instruments that are manipulated from a console, the robot precisely translates the surgeon’s hand movements to the robotic arms. Thanks to high-resolution 3D imaging with 10 times magnification, the surgeon can see the entire procedure in great detail, allowing them to perform delicate, intricate procedures with a high level of precision.
